What:   Run and raise money for Manorlands Hospice

When:  Suggested run period:  17th February 2021 until  St Patrick Day on 17th March 2021.

If your preference is to complete some or all of the Shamrock 5k 10k course around St Ives Estate,  then  please see the route map for guidance and route description below.

Please  avoid the cricket club ground. You could start from the main St Ives Bingley estate road.     Enter the estate from Keighley Road  entrance. When just inside the estate, look out for the second footpath on your left ( It  has an estate sign and litter bin next to it ). Parking is usually available  nearby. This path  takes you up some steps and will take you directly to the Coppice pond, where you will turn left and head around to your Right and onwards and upwards going past Lady Blantyres Rock on your left. Continue up to the very top of the hill. Pass  through the  wall at the top of the hill, turning  Right on to Altar Lane . About 500 yards later and going down hill,  you will see a gateway ahead of you. Pass through the gateway and immediately turn right back through the wall and on to Cross Gates Lane. Follow this wide pathway around to your left and continue until you get to the top of Blind Lane ( this will be the second path on your left after the disused building on your left ). Follow the lane downhill, following to the rear of the Turf Institute . At the bottom of this rough downhill track, you will come to a gateway and back on to the estate road. Turn Right  and cross over diagonally  ( about  20 metres further on) . Drop down through the woods. You are now returning back towards where you started from, albeit at a lower level. If you want to do the circuit twice, then once you are above the cricket club, find your way back on to the roadway and where you started from.

Meet  This is a virtual event, so start in your own time.
